PETITION: Prosecute Dr. Anthony Fauci in Indiana

We, the undersigned, demand that Dr. Anthony Fauci be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for his role in the COVID-19 response, which resulted in loss of life, destruction of livelihoods, and violations of medical liberty.

Dr. Fauci’s crimes include, but not limited to:
🔹 Knowingly misleading the public about the origins of COVID-19.
🔹 Suppressing life-saving treatments by silencing doctors and scientists who challenged the official narrative.
🔹 Dictating unconstitutional mandates that harmed AND killed individuals, businesses, and families across Indiana.
🔹 Intentionally misleading the public about the efficacy of mandates.
🔹 Profiting from the pandemic while Hoosiers suffered under draconian policies.

We call on Attorney General Rokita to fully pursue charges against Fauci and hold him accountable for the devastation he caused.

By signing this petition, we demand:
✅ A full investigation into Dr. Fauci’s actions and policies that harmed Hoosiers.
✅ Prosecution to the fullest extent of the law for any and all crimes committed.
✅ Accountability for those who knowingly misled the public and violated our rights.

We refuse to let Fauci walk away without consequences.

Hoosiers deserve justice.

Attorney General Todd Rokita joined 17 other state attorney generals in petitioning congress for information about how Anthony Fauci may have violated state laws during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The federal government may not be able to press changes against Fauci due to a blanket pardon by former president Biden covering Fauci from 2014 through January 19th, 2025.

However, the pardon does not prohibit state charges against Fauci.

Hoosiers we must step up and let AG Rokita know Hoosiers demand justice.
